First Word!

With her first birthday, Carter decided to say her first word!  I was saying "hi, Carter" and waving at her this morning and she waved her arm back at me and said "Hi!".  Faith was there to witness -- it was definitely a "hi" with meaning.  So cute!  Her first step is coming soon, I know it.  And one of her front teeth has poked through too!
