Will's Third Birthday

One week ago, Will turned 3 years old. To celebrate, Ellis and I took him to his very first movie at the theater - The Princess and the Frog (a great Disney movie, by the way). Will looked so grown up sitting in his theater seat with his tray of sprite, popcorn and fruit snacks. He chomped away at that popcorn the whole time and did great - until he ran out of popcorn. Then, he started to get a little crazy, standing up and down, singing Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer, etc. I sent Dad to get a little more popcorn and took Will out of the theater for a moment where he ran about 30,000 circles around me. That boy just has SO much energy. With more popcorn, he quietly settled back in his seat and didn't want to get up when the movie was over. :-)

For dinner, we took Will for fries and milk chocolate (his favorite combo) at Round Robin with Bapa and Grandma. The waiters all sang him happy birthday and gave him a big sundae. He was SO cute watching them all stand around him and sing and clap. I loved it. He even said "thank you" when they were done.

Then, we came home for a little chocolate cake and whole lot more presents. His favorite is a Buzz chair from Bapa and Grandma and a miniature Toy Story play set where he can play with all of his little Buzz characters. (I told you he is obsessed with Buzz!!)

Next Saturday is his "official" birthday party at Monkey Joe's!
